What can we make?

Depending on the product and level of customization required we often can be flexible. As always, we'll work with you to make the project fit your business and budget.

Do you offer branding & design?

Yes — we can create magic.

Oftentimes, our partners will send us their brand identity. We're asked to translate this identity into a proposal of thoughtful and intentionally designed Openhouse products. We take into account their customer base to create truly beautiful on-brand designs for our signature products.

Where are you located?

NY — We can advise on shipping costs once we have an understanding of what you're looking to build.

Do you offer warehousing?

We offer warehousing in NY. We strategically located to streamline distribution across the region. This enhances our ability to fulfill orders promptly, reducing lead times and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Does Pricing Include Customization?

Yes. All pricing includes one standard embellishment location. Thoughtful customization is part of the process.

Refunds & Returns

Each product is made to order; therefor we do not accept returns or offer refunds once proofs are approved. That said, if an item arrives not matching the approved pre-production proof or does not meet our standards, we will review and offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Quality always comes first.

Can I request a sample?

Of course! In some cases, we have to charge for samples due to shipping and other unavoidable costs. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll be happy to help.
